Scolese hit .343 and was the Starting Shortstop for Catholic U!
Katie Scolese was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region V Third Team and Landmark Conference 2nd Team!
Scolese had a massive sophomore season, leading the team in RBI and home runs while ranking second behind Fike in almost every other category this season. She featured in 41 of Catholic's 43 games, holding down the shortstop position. She produced a batting average of .343 while registering 46 hits including 12 doubles, two triples, and four home runs. Scolese struck out just five times in 134 at-bats and was named to the All-Landmark Second team for the second consecutive season.
