Coach Allen brings over 25 years of Fastpitch Experience to the Impact Organization. In addition to being an experienced Fastpitch player himself, he has coached Fastpitch softball with the Arlington Sage & McLean Magic organizations. Coach Darrin is a student of the game and loves to teach fundamentals and advanced game play strategies. Coach Allen believes that players must do three things to reach their potential: 1. master fundamental softball skills 2. develop and improve their physical athletic ability 3. cultivate a tough positive growth mindset. Coach Allen works to create an environment where players can work to improve in all three of these areas and reach their potential as a player and person.
DAVE LANSING
Assistant Coach
Jesse Willis has a wealth of experience both in playing and coaching softball. Coaching includes: Assistant Baseball Coach at Brea Olinda High School (2 Seasons - Brea, California), Assistant Fast Pitch Softball Coach (5 Seasons OCGSA Orange, California, 1 Season Arlington Sage). He is a student of the game and enjoys helping players break down their swings to help improve their approach at the plate, by bunting, moving runners over, increasing batting average, and driving in runners. Coach Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, and watching his daughters play sports. (Ava, 19 - Former Sage and Impact Softball Player, Davis and Elkins College and Ella, 15 - former AGSA Softball Player, Falls Church High School Field Hockey, Swimming, LaCrosse)

Coach Dave Lansing brings 9 years of Travel Softball Coaching experience. He has coached from 10U through 18U. Coach Dave has coached with Arlington Sage, Great Falls Sharks and Arlington Impact. Coach Dave believes in creating a positive environment to teach the fundamentals of the game and in game strategy.
